We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and/or sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or call us at (909) 906-6796. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, if items were ordered by mistake by the customer, only exchange for the merchandise and applicable tax will be honored.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We package all items and protecting them to the best of our ability. However, items sometimes get damaged in transit by the assigned carrier. Depending on the value of the damaged merchandise, we may have to process a damage claim with the respective carrier and wait until they respond with a decision on a refund before we can reship the order. This is on a case-by-case situation, so please contact us so we can asses the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Feed mixes and seeds
- Grit and Pickpots
- Any items that have been used or opened
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Value of the item(s) returned will the same as the time of the purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Additionally, if product was returned because it was ordered by mistake or a customer's change mind, only the value of the merchandise and applicable tax will be refunded--not shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
