Order Processing Details

Shipping speeds refer to estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates, as carriers may experience delays outside of our control. However, most orders arrive within the estimated time frame
- Standard processing time for orders is 1-2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 10 am to 4pm CST. We do not operate or process shipments on weekends, national holidays, and after 4pm CST
- Orders need to be placed by 3pm to get processed on the same day for Priority Plus shipping (order size and product availability could delay this, however)
- Orders are processed as they are received
How are transit days counted?
Transit days begin on the first business day after your order has shipped. The day your order ships is not counted as a transit day. Weekends and national holidays are not considered transit days.
For example, if your order ships on Friday, the first transit day is Monday. Similarly, orders placed after business hours during the week ship the following business day, with transit time beginning on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Transit time begins on the business day following shipment.
Merchandise Damaged in Transit & Lost/ Misdelivered Packages
We try our best to package all items the best way possible and also check the accuracy of the order "Ship To" details. However, if you receive any damaged items, or did not receive your package 7 business days after the order left our facility, please email us at info@birdpalproducts.com. Every situation is different, so we'll work as diligently as possible to evaluate and resolve your issue.
