Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

We strive to ship your order out within 24 hours, however, transit time begins the day after your shipment has left our facility. Delivery times are based on your location, but on average, orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive (unless you paid for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air. or 3 Day Select services). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email along with real-time package progress updates via email or text.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS for all of our shipments. When processing phone orders, we use both services interchangeably by selecting the one with the best price and fastest delivery time, unless otherwise specified.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at and we’ll take you through the process.

Products that are final sale are: feed mixes & seeds, eggfood, grit and pickpots, and opened or used products (manufacturer defects are an exception).

I paid for expedited shipping but didn't receive it on time. What can I do now?

Although we guarantee shipping your expedited service order (UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select) on the same day if placed by 3pm PST, we cannot guarantee its delivery time once it leaves our facility. UPS may experience delays beyond their control like weather, missorted packages, and misdeliveries.
If you did no receive your order on the day it was scheduled to arrive, please contact us ASAP so we can investigate further and open a claim.
Refunds: we will issue a refund for the services paid when A) UPS accepts the claim and fault or B) if the delayed delivery was due to a mistake made by BirdPal.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Due to current restrictions at many country's Customs and border protection, we unfortunately do not ship overseas. However, this may change at some point in the future. Please check back with us on a regular basis.

We could ship our products to friends, family members, or forwarding boxes located within the 50 U.S. states. Although this method would be done at your own risk, the recipient can then ship the package to you.

You can conveniently place your orders on our website 24/7.

Phone Orders and Customer Service

Our customer service and phone order hours are Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm PST and Saturday, 9am to 3pm PST. We are closed on Sundays.

Order Processing

We pack, process, and ship orders Monday thru Friday. Package cutoff time for both UPS and USPS is at 4pm PST every day.

Do you have a physical store location I can visit?

We do not have a physical retail location... yet. However, we conveniently ship all of our products to all 50 U.S. states & territories while ordering from the convenience of your home.
